Buying our Spanish home in Estepona with Kiwii has been a great experience. From our first trip (of 3 before we found our perfect property) Emily was knowledgeable about the area and explained the different locations ahead of our visit to ensure the best use of our time. On each visit we were show a great selection of properties and locations helping to narrow down our search until we found our perfect home. Since finding our property Emily has continued to help us navigate the buying process, find a lawyer, exchange broker and more. Emily at KIWII is a dream to deal with. She has sold our apartment in Duquesa and found our dream house in Estepona. Despite several offers on the house, Emily ensured that we were the lucky buyers. She has managed everything for us despite us not living full-time in Spain. She is extremely efficient and very fast to respond. You don't need to keep following up with her, she will contact you when it's necessary and then she leaves you in peace whilst she gets on with things. Her level of efficiency is seldom found. We bought our home through Claire and she was a breath of fresh air; compared with other agents we had dealt with, whilst searching for a property on the coast. She was honest, as well as friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble. The Spanish system baffled me in particular, as I had worked in estate agency in the UK for over 20 years. The two systems could not be further apart from each other. She answered any questions that we had and from placing our offer to picking up the keys.......she guided us all the way through. If we ever decide to sell this property in the future, or buy another, we will speak to Claire immediately. We recommend her to anyone we speak to who is looking to buy in the area.

An Amazing experience throughout……we were very new to the ‘buying property abroad’ process, however Emily helped us understand, and supported us during each step… from the viewing of properties, advice of the sales process, rental potential and support on the offer..
